This Privacy Policy explains how Ozni Apps, LLC, doing business as Diffio ("Diffio," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you access or use our websites, applications, APIs, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Diffio in connection with the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or integrations that we do not control, even if they are linked from or integrated with the Service.

4. Model Improvement and Training

A. Service Delivery

We may use your uploaded content, transcript corrections, and related project data to provide the Service to you, including improving the quality of your current project and features within your account or workspace.

B. Shared Model Improvement

We do not use your uploads, transcripts, outputs, transcript corrections, or other project content to train, fine-tune, or improve shared machine learning models unless you affirmatively opt in.

If you choose to opt in, we may use the content covered by your opt-in, including transcript corrections and related project data, for purposes such as:

  • model training,
  • model fine-tuning,
  • evaluation,
  • quality assurance,
  • benchmarking, and
  • product improvement.

If you do not opt in, your content will not be used for those shared model improvement purposes.

If you later withdraw your opt-in, we will stop using new content from your account for shared model improvement on a going-forward basis. Withdrawal of consent will not necessarily affect training, tuning, or evaluations already completed before your withdrawal request.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

A. Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, authentication, customer support, and infrastructure providers.

A. Project Content and History

We keep your projects, uploads, transcripts, outputs, and related history in your account until you delete them, subject to any limited retention required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or tax and accounting compliance.

B. Deletion

When you delete project content or your account, we delete the corresponding project content from our active systems. We do not maintain backup copies of deleted project content, so deleted project content is not recoverable through backups.

C. Other Records

We may retain certain limited records for longer where reasonably necessary or required by law, including records related to billing, payments, tax, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement of our agreements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Analytics, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure the effectiveness of our website and marketing.
